Sparsh greets the casual visitor with charm, resident with soothing comfort and the critic with a haughty elegance. The Entry sets the tone for the grandeur that follows in its wake. Evidently the charm of the concept has only got enhanced in the completed edifice. The Facade is a study in composition of voids and solids. The Towers are tall and yet not bulky, appear as sheets of punctuated fenestrations. Colors are earthy, giving distinct appearance to various levels.
